Saju (사주, Four Pillars of Destiny) is a Korean system of character analysis rooted in thousands of years of East Asian philosophy. It maps a person's birth year, month, day, and hour onto a framework of the Five Elements (오행: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) and the 60-cycle Sexagenary calendar (만세력). The result is not a fortune — it is a temperament profile: a structured description of innate personality traits, learning styles, relational tendencies, and elemental balance. SoMyung applies this framework specifically to children, helping parents understand why each child is wired differently and how to communicate with them more effectively.

Start Free 3-Min AnalysisAs a parent of three, I was always searching for better ways to understand and communicate with each of my children. After earning my Myeongri Psychology Counselor Level 1 certification and completing my Master of Science in Decision Analysis from Minerva University, I combined traditional Eastern wisdom with modern analytical thinking.
What worked for my first child didn't work for my second — because each has a different innate temperament. I built SoMyung so other parents could gain these same insights easily.
